This is the fright situation in Uttrakhand that's a day will not so far when all the village's Gates are close. Migration has been one of the major problems faced by people of Uttarakhand for many decades. All the folks of Uttrakhand are migrating in the plain area like (Delhi, Ghaziabad, Vinod Nagar, and other big cities. That lack of basic amenities along with other resources required for both short and long-term growth of people is the main reason for their migration from hilly areas to plain districts

Before migration crept in, people in most of the part of Uttarakhand used to depend on farming and agriculture which offered them both food as well as self-created employment. They did not bother to seek salaried jobs for employment as they didn’t need it in the first place. New Generation is too much aware of Education. They know changes are inevitable. They do not follow the old tradition to stay work in farming &Agriculture. They want to get rid of that's kind of thing.

 Stop the problem of migration we have to first understand the cause. Merely knowing the problem and urging people to stay back is not going to help; rather substantial resources must be made available for people to create an environment where they naturally, want to stay.

NOW, WHAT CAN BE DONE TO STOP MIGRATION?

Well, the problem of migration in any place comes when the local residing people are not satisfied with their life living standards. From agriculture &Farming people not earning to good income. Due to Lack of resources, Lack of technology &Wild animals also destroys crops. Bad Weather destroy farmer crops. These reasons are responsible that the young generation does not want to follow traditional farming. If we want to stop migration in Uttarakhand for that we have a stable company, give employment to local villagers & we should also provide basic facilities like hospitals and Good Schools
